Respect to Nancy Pelosi

Now that the Jan 6th Committee has released their findings, there are two main takeaways:

Trump is guilty as hell.

Nancy Pelosi is a bad ass!

You have to admire, that even though her life was in imminent danger, her office and personal belongings destroyed, people being shot in a space she just fled, that she remained clam, cool, collected and in charge.

She didn’t raise her voice, she didn’t go into hysterics, she don’t throw herself into the role of victim.

Even when faced with opposition and resistance, she kept moving forward.

When most people would be screaming, “What in the fuck is this shit?!” she still has the poise to say, “There’s poo-poo, literally and figuratively, all over the place.”

While Trump was jerking himself off to the thrill of the chaos and mayhem he created, Nancy Pelosi took up the mantle to save lives. She is more Commander-in-Chief than Trump has ever been.

She stared straight into the abyss…

…The abyss flinched and looked away.
