Declaration of Religious Independence and Inclusion

Today is a good day to move from Atheist and the things I don’t believe, to Satanist and the things I do believe.

There is massive misunderstanding, prejudice and stereotyping around Satan and Satanism, so why make such a controversial declaration?

Sense of Community – There is strong bond within the Satanic community. All are welcome. All are equals.

Protections and freedoms – There are benefits bestowed upon religious groups. Any preference given in the name of religious freedom must be open to all religions. That includes Satanism.

Political Activism – The freedoms of others should be respected. This is a secular nation, not a Christian nation.
